Appointments
When making a booking please also make note of any areas which your pet doesn't feel comfortable with (i.e. Face, ears, paws) or even processes which unsettle them (i.e. Nail trimming, ear cleaning, water). Knowing these things will help us give the best treatment to your furry friend.
All appointments have to be given 24 hours notice as there may be already filled spots.
Cancellation
Please also note that appointments which have been no shows or not given 24 hours notice for cancellation will accrue a $50 fee.
Very professional - was very pleased with the service. I had both of my dogs groomed and clipped for the summer months and Kim did an excellent job. I definitely recommend Creative Clips for pet grooming services.
